Anna Schnabel

Lead VPK Teacher

Anna Schnabel is our VPK and extended-day teacher at Little Friends Preschool. She holds a Child Development Associate Credential for Preschool age children and is continually furthering her Child Development studies through online classes.

She has been with Little Friends since 2019, when she began as an infant teacher. She has many years of experience volunteering and working in the school system and the children's ministry of her church in Texas. Her many interests include sewing, painting, shark tooth hunting, and making memories with her grandchildren. She and her husband, Mike, moved to Jacksonville in 2017 to be closer to their grandchildren, Anna, James, and Ava. Anna and Mike have two daughters, Jennifer and Krysten.

There are many things we really like about Little Friends, but let me tell you what we LOVE - We love the teachers! The teachers go above and beyond to teach, care for, and nurture my children while at school. They are quick to respond to messages, have always checked in on my kids if they miss a day, and are genuinely happy to see them in the mornings when we arrive. The heart of Little Friends is in their teachers. I am grateful for them every day and I cannot imagine sending my children anywhere else.
